Sekhemas Hourglass Trial: Enemy spawn animation drastically reduces FPS
FPS drop from 75 to 20 for 1-2 seconds while enemy spawn animation is playing. Reproduction rate is not 100%, it seems to appear more often later into a run (floor 2).

Yea I noticed the same thing and it's a fairly big fps drop. Using a 3060 TI here. The same thing happens upon killing a rare enemy in endgame where you get this tentacle explosion for 1-2 seconds...can drop anywhere from 10-30 fps. Honestly that spawn animation in hourglass trials and the tentacle explosion don't really add value at all to the game but they murk the framerate on anything less than a high end PC. It worries me personally that the above mentioned and certain spell affects will never be optimized or addressed since POE 1 has it's own set of similar things to this day...
