Game hard locking during area change.

Dont know about others, but I've experienced, today(21/12/2024) at least, two instances of the game Hard locking my computer and needing to be restarted. I did see the mention of multi laying or something, but this my instances have only been when zone changing. I had it happen once after the character select screen, but most times its been just after zone change.

I get the load screen, gears are turning, then they stop. Sometimes i can move the mouse, but can select nothing. Most times its just pure lock, requiring a hard restart, not even ctrl+alt+delet does anything.
