Being able to just buy wisdom scrolls from the vendor is one of the best decisions made in POE2

Pretty much what the title says. Excellent convenience, appropriate price, well done GGG. Greatly incentives me to ID everything with a decent base to see if it's worth crafting whereas in POE1 I'd just vendor or ignore blues.

Figured I'd been giving so much feedback on parts I think need work I should give props to one of my favorite changes.

and making them drop one of the worst, especially since console/gfn do not have filter access yet
