Same issue here, was a rare mob and kept following me around attacking me, but could not attack it. Wouldn't show up with cursor over it, tried attacking in place as well as using tempest bell and the aoe from it to attack but did not work

Same issue. Rare could damage me but I could not damage it nor CC it in any way.
