Missing texture in Creek map

Hi, noticed this square block of grey when running the Creek map. See below imgur link for the screenshot.

Is this the best way to submit a bug report or is there some kind of format I should be following? Couldn't see a template anywhere so hope this is enough information - let me know if you need anything further!
