Lack of PREDICTIVE networking mode

basically title. I have this issue im also facing in poe1 when playing at lockstep, fps nad stuff is locked to latency and when i have subtle intabilities in my network, game freezes a little and then speeds up massively to "catch up", in poe1 predictive mode fixed this for me and i ahd no issues further. But im missing this in the settings or maybe im blind to it? ive checked all settings thoroughly and couldnt find any setting that changes the netwirking mode
