Gemling Ascendency "Enhanced Effectiveness" does not double the attribute bonus of "Circular Teachings" timeless keystone.
Wording on the former is "inherent bonuses from strength, dexterity, and intelligence are doubled"
Wording on the latter is "Strength's inherent bonus is 1% increased energy shield per 2 Strength instead"
With 400 strength and that node I'd expect to see 400% increased Energy Shield. I'm instead getting additional ES equal to base ES * 200%.

RAW Enhanced Effectiveness should increase Circular Teachings inherent bonus.
I hope DEV see this.
