Atlas and Map Sustain
Are you guys enjoying how the endgame is working? I feel like the amount of resources we spend to make a waystone rare with all mods and corrupted simply isn’t worth the investment. How are you managing sustain to keep running maps?
The system of using precursor tablets is also personally awful... You have to place them on towers, and you're limited to those maps, in that region, and only for a certain number of times. It’s terrible. The atlas points also just don’t seem to make much sense and feel quite strange, not to mention how slow it is to get them... Personally, I really liked the old way of managing maps, farming, and the atlas in PoE1 much more. It was far superior. Last bumped on Dec 29, 2024, 1:57:04 PM

Completly agree, It's Trash even at 400% drop rate and Quality % upgraded you get dogsh!t. You get Waystone T2-3 dropping 90% of the time in T15 and It's Trash. This is in need of dire adjustment. You lose all your currency just trying to sustain mapping.

I'm really hoping that the GGG team, coming back from vacation, seriously reconsiders the endgame, because it's quite strange and makes no sense...
It was much better before when you could focus on a farming strategy you enjoyed and do it repeatedly without stopping. I prefer today's Atlas mechanics over the events, as you can enhance several aspects, but when it comes to actually farming them in the random map and tower system, it becomes very bad, terrible... | |
You guys should use presursor of the cartographer. I am using them on all my towers and have much better results than pimping maps above 200% and runing maps not influenced by those towers.
