Only Orbs of Transmutation & Augmentation drop

Saturday 21/12/2024: I'm partway through act 2 on a new character, and it's been about 10 hours since any Orbs and even Shards dropped that AREN'T Transmutation & Augmentation.

Looking back, I was doing the following activities around the time that the Currencies stopped dropping (Very easy to remember as I had just spent all of my rare orbs on a crossbow and an armor piece, leaving me with only Transmutation & Augmentation Orbs):

1. Entering the Ogham Manor Ramparts
2. Buying stash tabs, and upgrading the existing tabs to Premium tabs, these were the first microtransactions I ever got

Both starting points were within the same timespan of roughly an hour. They could have been catalysts, or it may be something else.

The lack of Orb drops was already noticable just 3 hours after the issue occured, as I had been getting a steady pace of Alchemy, Regal and Exalted Orbs up until that point.
