Ranger perma slow and few other bugs

Hey, just a little bugs report.

In Traitor's Passage (not sure if it's location or enemy based) while playing my Ranger (cruel difficulty) I was slowed by an enemy, not sure if it was spider or other but slow that makes me move and attack slower, and the slow was permanent, even though my character didn't have any debuffs. I believe it happened to me before and not I think it's happened when using skill like Toxic Growth when character jumps in the air. After I exited to the character selection and hit play again everything was fine but before that I was slowed for few minutes and I was wondering why my character is suddenly moving so slow when I didn't change anything to my gear.

This enemy was just standing there. I think he's supposed to push the cart at me lol
