King of the mists- No question item drop (spirit)

I’m on cruel act 1 on Poe2 and the king of the mists dropped the loot item in question first time round in normal, shown in green, however on cruel nothing dropped and on the map it has grey out. I have ran it multiple times and have even installed a loot filter to insure I’m not being blind but defo not there- missing this 30 spirit is going to hurt future build plans. I’ve just had to continue on with the game but would like to see this get patched if possible so ppl who haven’t got it can re run it.

Act1 cruelty level. I have killed boss and finished mission, no +30 spirit bonus added.

It's not a bug. He doesn't give +30 Spirit on ACT 1 Cruel, only on normal Act 1.

You can get 100 spirit from:

Act 1: 30 Spirit (The King in the Mists in Freythorn)
Act 3: 30 Spirit (Ignagduk, The Bog Witch in The Azak Bog)
Act 3 Cruel: 40 Spirit (Ignagduk, The Bog Witch in The Azak Bog)
