Dreadnought Vanguard - Boss Stage Transition Bug

Bug: dead party member cannot be revived if they die prior to boss transtion. (leads to blue screen)

Issue: Was in Boss fight against Jamanra in Dreadnought Vanguard.
Died before boss transition and wasn't able to be revied before the transition to the next stage area.
When the transition occurred, the correct voice lines and sound effects/music occurred, but the screen was all blue and never actually loaded.
