As title says. It's very frustrating to travel back to the present-day Ziggurat to trade or sell trash.

There should be. The NPCs there offer disenchant and selling services. When you claim a hideout from the maps you can have them there as well.

Unfortunately the vendors item level is locked at 60. You can find expedition NPCs later that have stores which scale to your level though.

Agreed and the map especially in Act 3 is consulted as all get out. Simplify and provide vendors, etc in each area.
