Accuracy influences slams (Stampede especially)
Without Resolute Techinque i have 67% chance to hit, but only strikes and projectiles can be evaded, not slams. I was testing it against big pack and without RT among 10 monsters 1 or 2 will not get hit. The same is happening with the bosses every 3-4 Stampede is missing. Seems like an incorrect behaviour.

What would be the expected behaviour?
The tooltip for Evasion Rating states that it doesn't contribute to the chance to evade Slams. Nowhere does it say that Slams can't be evaded altogether, correct? |

You cannot avoid slams from monsters by evading or blocking in this game, unless you're Warbringer with "Turtle Charm" or you've specced "Acrobatics". The same applies to a player. Slams are hitting ground and then aoe explodes which would be stupid for monsters to evade. That how it works in POE 1, but i remember devs have said that aoe damage cannot be evaded in POE 2. So, i assume if evasion doesn't contribute to the chance to evade slams, why would slams can be evaded?

The passive tree around warrior doesn't have any accuracy nodes and as a warrior you're not gaining too much dexterity either. I assume you have to invest in accuracy only if you're playing strike skills, not slams
