Flash Grenade Tooltip

The tooltip is not in alignment with how the skill actually is working in game, and either the mechanic or the tooltip need to be fixed.

Flash Grenade: Fires a bouncing Grenade that unleashing a Blinding, Stunning explosion when its fuse expires. This explosion can Blind both Allies and Enemies.

Allies: Your allies include other players, Minions, and any other entity that fights alongside you and has its own stats. You do not count as your own Ally.

Based on the tooltip, there should not be any blind on yourself when using a Flash Grenade in close proximity, however that is still proccing on your character.
