Chober Chaber Leaden Hammer+Tree Fingers Riveted Mitts Bug

The Chober Chaber seems to be interacting wrong with the Tree Fingers Rivets Mitts or Giants Blood in general. When I make my way to the Giants Blood node I'll know better but as it is right now I cant equip it in one hand despite having the stats. https://imgur.com/a/prjknKN

I guess I'm just mistaken, its attribute requirements not just strength.

I can't equip it either and meet all the attribute requirements. I had the same one equipped a week ago.
