Atlas Progression Lost

My atlas progression has been completely lost. I now have a straight line going through the screen on the bottom right. I have completed well over 150 maps with around 30 towers, but I don't see any of the nodes. I don't see my Citadel that I unlocked. Nothing.

I used a tablet on one of my towers, and now everything is back to normal. PHEW!!!
