Jeweller's orb bug?

I tried to add another socket to my level 11 blasphemy which already has 3 sockets, it allowed me to spend the orb but didn't give me the extra socket, thus losing the orb.

Ahh woops, you're right lol, I meant jeweller's orb, I'm still half asleep lol. I edited to correct haha.
