All Resist in Amulet not working?

I recently acquired a +13% all resistance amulet but for some reason it won't increase my chaos resistance. I have an all resistance ring and it does work and increase it. Is this a bug?

That's my bad, I thought all res would include chaos resistance. Thanks for the clarification.
