Map frozen and relaunched game, got completely rollbacked and lost all I looted and XP

Hello, I was doing a map and it suddenly froze completely and I thought maybe servers just went down. I go on twitch check a few streamers and everyone was fine.

After waiting for a minute for the game to just "unfreeze" (the game itself was not frozen, all menus worked and I could dm my friend too just the map itself was frozen.)

I decided to log off and change server from Paris to Frankfurt, I am able to log back in and think everything is fine and then I realize.

I lost all the progress I made in the map and all the loot but the map itself has been counted as failed so I lost the beach+delirium that was in it here are the things I lost

Level 77 20% -> Level 76 75%
4 Exalted Orbs -> Nothing
3 Distilled Ire -> Nothing
2 Distilled Guilt -> Nothing
2 Regal Orbs -> Nothing

In a game such as PoE losing progress to a rollback of sorts is completely unacceptable, if this happened to me with relatively small loot it could happen to someone who dropped a Mirror or something of the sorts, completely unacceptable.

Yep, just happened to me 5 minutes ago, lost a bunch of crap, XP, and no Map completed even though the boss was killed.

Just had this myself. Finally had stars align with corrupted, irradiated and boss. Killed boss used points. cleared map then just froze as was looting everything. Tried all I could but had to alt f4 in the end. No portals no points. No loot in inventory. "map attempted"
