Blink support skill ingenuity doesn't support blink?

I noticed this today as well. But slotting the gem and timing it shows that it does appear to do what it says (increased cooldown recover rate) and so the time between immediate consecutive uses drops from about 4 seconds to 3 seconds.

I have this for blink too, but my blink is at 3.80 seconds I use the gem and the cool down is still 3.80 so it don't seam to do anything for me

Would love to know why? Like only the unique can shave the CD?

This seems to be bugged for me as well. It says it doesn't support it but it is directly suggested in the support skill menu of Blink. I have slotted it as well and timed it, it doesn't make a difference with or without it.

when you are playing with controller, Ingenuity, Arcane Tempo and Second Wind is not allowed.
Try playing in keyboard mode, and even if they are crossed (for blink), you will notice that it allows you to put the support gems on. |

Thanks for your report. Ingenuity seems to be correctly applying the Cooldown Recovery Rate when socketed, will pass on the "Supportable Skills" UI incorrectly showing that Blink can't be supported.
