"Monster drop no item" mod ???

So I find a unique map on the Atlas, so I though it was worth using rare T15 corrupted map hoping to have some good loot.

I proceed to clear the map, but I don't see any item dropping. At first I'm like "yeah there must be something like a chest reward or NPC at the end", so I full clear the map and there is absoluty nothing...

So I check active map mod and I see a "Monster drop no item" ??????????

This wasn't on the initial map mod when I used it on the atlas, so must come from Corrupted Infusion on the Atlas tree. Seriously what is the point of putting something like that ? I was used to get scammed in POE 2, first with Sekhemas, then with Burning Monolith Boss, but here I just can't understand what is the point ?

Seriously I would pay so much to know what was in the mind of the person responsible for putting that, because the only thing I can think of is just pure malice and disdain for players.

Please someone explain me ???

That's untainted paradise.
It's also in PoE1.

You get a huge amount of xp from it. At the cost of no drops.

So if you encounter it in the future, put in an map with extra xp gained on it.

Yes that was untainted paradise, thank you for your answer, at least I can somehow
understand now, but that map should tell explicitly that on the atlas :/
