Temporal Rift bug - Support gems that reserves Spirit makes the skill consume Spirit?

Temporal Rift seems to be consuming more Spirit when i put support gems with spirit reservation like Clarity (+10) spirit and Precision (+10) on it, which makes the skill to be unable to be used for me

It's a problem with Temporal Rift specifically, because when i put these support gems on the other skills Temporal Rift starts working again, so it means i do have enough spirit

My total spirit: 150

My skills in use: Ghost Dance (+30), Withering Presence (+30), Combat Frenzy (+30), Wind Dancer (+30)

My support gems which use spirit: Clarity (+10) Precision (+10)

With the 4 buffs activated at the same time, i can't use temporal rift when i put the support gems on it

But i can use temporal rift again when i put the support gems on Wind Dancer or Ghost Dance for example
