Fortifying Blood - Key Note Passive Bugged

I am using Fortifying Blood for increased life leech and increased armour & Evasion rating in combination with Iron Reflexes ( Converts all Evasion to Armour ) . Which in turn from the sounds of it should give me 80% increased Armour rating ( or convert 40% of my evasion rating into additional armour rating ) while leeching life.

I keep the character page open to test this and instead of increasing my armour rating it actually decreases by about 700 total armour. If I happen to be missing something and even if it is not a flat 80% increase it should still be an increase and not a decrease.

I appreciate any feed back or response as unfortunately this passive is not feasible to use currently with the way it is functioning.

I am having the same issue. If it makes any difference, I am playing mercenary.

I believe I figured out what the issue OxyChaos - Do you have the Backup plan notable passive? 40% evasion if hit - 40% armour if not hit recently

This i believe is what's causing our armour numbers to jump around and essential faking our max armour total with an additional 40% total while we have not been hit. Once we get hit we are seeing the 40% armour drop and the evasion switching into play which more than likely is lower than our total armour showing a much lower number.

To fix this and make Fortifying blood work effectively what I have personally done was remove Backup Plan and I worked my way into getting Fast Metabolism to make it so that leech is essentially almost always active while we are dealing damage.
