Trialmaster Fate Bug

I've completed 5 trials in a row now and I keep getting the deadly fate. My door has the deadly fate and victorious fate in it, which may be why it's bugging out and not giving me the cowardly fate.

I had deadly and the middle one locked in and had to do 5 more runs to get victorious to drop. Someone in global chat it's RNG but it REALLY shouldn't be RNG if it is. It should give you each one of them after you complete 3.
