Passive tree recenters to a differnt location after alt-tabbing

A small issue, but it seems that after the latest patch the passive skill tree jumps to a different position after alt-tabbing on Windows 11.

I determined that it only happens in regular Fullscreen mode, not in Windowed Fullscreen. FYI.
