Spell Echo support causes the 1st Frost Wall to break when the 2nd is summoned.

Using spell Echo support will cause the first frost wall to immediately expire without doing damage when the second frost wall is summoned. This is a uniquely bugged interaction as other support gems that repeat casts such as Spell Cascade do not do this.
