Can't turn in quest after going to cruel

I posted this in bug reports maybe in error, apologize in advance for a repost:


Hmm I can't turn in Oswald's - treasures of utzaal in act 3 normal after going to cruel. No quest icon above him and can't get rid of the quest items either... I'm guessing i'm missing something but a bit stumped... I don't even want the quest reward really.

Actually have an update, it isn't oswald's quest items. It's the sacrificial dagger and heart from when you go through the portal at the end of act 3 back in time. I guess I picked them up and didn't know which quest it was for. Now I know how to do the quest but it won't let me through the portal in act 3 normal. Just sends me to the starting area in act 1 when I go through.

So i'm stuck with the quest items in my inventory and I can't finish the quest... can I please get some help on this.
