left and right mouse click not working for skills

this worked until I hit level 21 as a mercenary.

now my left and right mouse button are unable to execute any skills in WASD and mouse/click setups.

I have tried resetting everything to default settings, reinstalling the game, etc etc... nothing works.

I saw this bug mentioned before but only in one post. Does anyone have any similar experience or know how to fix it?

check to see if you have any controller plugged in as well, as that can cause conflicts with mouse.

swap back to mouse movement and check if it works, then swap back to WASD and check.

Swap skills out, see if you can use them with default basic attack.
