Whites are now bubblegum currency. Add white item exchange?

I was really bummed to see early/mid game crafting missing. Don't enjoy pure gamba.

If the crafting system continues to push players to pop whites like alterations it's going to force players who want to craft before they are very late game to 3rd party discords for bulk trades (you know the one). Which is likely going to cause players who want to engage with crafting to quit.

If would be cool to add a white item exchange. Could add it to bulk exchange tab but logistics of bulk item trades are a nightmare.

Adding bulk white exchange would give a reason beyond occasionally transmute/aug a white flask every now and then.

They condensed too much at the detriment of gamer's time. It was so easy to buy alterations and stand there for 30 minutes trying to get a good role. Now? I feel like I'm trying to chance a headhunter for a basic rare weapon. Frankly who's going to waste their time picking up and selling multiple stashes worth of 2h white items? A bot or someone desperate.
