Lower FPS and lack of fluidity POE 2

Hi

I'm having some graphic problems with POE2 (Fluctuating FPS).

My graphics configuration is not really good : 1050 Ti with a i7 3770 with SSD.

But i saw that we cant choice the lowest graphic mod in the option.

I see that in the graphics options you can't set the lowest, my question is the following: is an update planned to allow small configs to fluidify the FPS ?

Do you have any advice on how to optimize all this in the meantime ?
