Targeting "Tier X" items in loot filter

Hi, couldn't find a filter syntax to target items like one on the screenshot (with "(Tier X)" in a string).
Tried some random techniques to no avail, any suggestions?

Are there any filter rules that allow filtering based on Unidentified Tier?

Also as an aside, are the available rules discoverable? The POE1 filter documentation at https://www.pathofexile.com/item-filter/about is missing some things specific to POE2.


*Edit: To expand on the use case. I want to hide all magic items, but I want to SHOW magic items that are high Tier. I'm sure later I will want to do the same with Rares.
