PoE 2 Game clash on Infernalist

not sure why, when transforming in and out of Infernalist Demonform the game forced me to return to the title screen.

In addition to that, after that crash or disconnection due to demon form transformation, the game also crashed when i tried to change the weapons or remove a weapon from the main weapon slots, offhand included.

I thought this might be some bug/unexpected behavior from my PC, but when i try create new character, I cannot find this behavior or crash.

seem to be specific for Infernalish Witch/Demon form.

Please investigate, and sure I have to create new character for this, cant afford to log in again after every weapon change.
