Frost Wall + Spell Echo removes first wall

Hello.

Not sure if it was introduced in the latest patch or just made obvious after the frost Wall visual fix.

Spell echo + Frost Wall makes it so the echoed wall simply deletes the first, no explosion or anything.

The only exception seems to be if cast while moving fast enough so that the position/angle of the two differ.
