Leveing a Skill Gem should highlight missing stat requirements

This has bit me in the butt a few times, I was trying to see if there was a way I could avoid this mistake in the future besides just memorizing my strength/dex/int values or checking them before leveling any skill which just seems very tedious.

If you have a gem at level 1 that requires 10 int to use for example. If you find a level 2 uncut gem you can upgrade the skill even though you may not have the stats required. Say you have 11 int and going to level 2 requires 15. When you hover over the skill in the leveling screen it shows you that it would go from requiring 10 -> 15 (using the same example). But the values are highlighted in a way that it seems like you meet the requirements. If the upper value (in the example, 15) was Red it would be easier to avoid making the mistake while still allowing people to level up gems when they know they can afford to make stat adjustments. The stat requirement shows the value in red clearly telling you that you do not meet the requirement only after you have made the mistake of leveling the gem.
