Permanent Slow Debuff
See video below. After killing a mob which gave me a slow debuff, the debuff never went away even though the timer expired. Portalling to town fixed it.

Had this happen on two separate occasions today. Was hit by a rare monster with chilling touch and the action speed debuff persisted even after the chill wore off.

It happens to me on daily basis. Happened in sanctum today, thank god you can relog in Sanctum. If it was Ultimatum you would be screwed.

+1 Had this happen after a Delirium. Inflicted with some slow debuff and it persisted until I portaled back to town.

Noticed this for first time today in Utzaal Act 3 Cruel. lvl 62. Hook from mob with no timer slow. Mob was killed but debuff persisted. Portal to town cleared debuff.

Had the same thing happen to me. I ported back to hideout and went into the map again, which fixed the permanent slow/chilling effect.
After that I entered /debug and got the following report ID "Bug Report ID: #2451664826". If a video is required for this report I can provide a short clip. |

This happened to me 2-3x today. It seems that getting a similar debuff and then killing the monster that causes it fixes the issue. But still, pretty annoying and dangerous.

I also have had this happen a few times - it's blatantly obvious once you port out of the map.
The only thing I noticed before it happening was me being frozen. Following that I experienced what felt like a permanent 30% chill with no debuff indicator. |

Bump.
Experiencing this after being slowed in a T15 white map. No debuffs visibly traceable by the player, but absolutely perma-slowed by about 25% for the remainder of the map. edit: portal out and back in removes the slow. This map contains Bramble Monsters with the stacking slow. edit2: it's definitely a Hinder and not just a slow. Every action speed is indefinitely slowed - even portals.
