Passive tree feels underwhelming - Ranger 88 + 6 sp

Passive tree needs to be looked at and I'm specifically talking from ranger's PoV at. It feels like it was mostly filler and lacks specific direction to the different archetypes the classes have available. Thats all.

I feel like this is true for most of the tree, yes. It'll get better, but the biggest point of criticism I've seen, which I wholly agree with, is that most Notables don't feel exciting to head towards. Why are Notables coming with downsides so often? It's just weird.

Passive tree makes the d4 board feel rich. Its literally just +% or + stat with very little game altering notables.
