4k Energy shield ignored compeltly

im playing chaos inoculation and energy shield build but some reason now i get one shot from every mob even in clearfell with 4000 energy shield. This morning i was doing maps. i didnt change any passive skills or anything . My shield is ignored and i get oneshot from every mob in the game how can i fix this help please
