Rare Item With 8 Mods On It

First I used Chaos Orbs then Exalted. Was just rolling for something new. Now a rare body armour has 8 mods on it. 5 prefix and 3 suffix. As i know it should be 3 to 3.

Some mods are split (hybrid) mods--they count as 1 mod but show on 2 lines.
