[ Major Bug ] Map RESET each time you leave or enter the Map

Since the last patch i started a new character , since the very beginning up until now ( mid-Act 2 ) every time i leave a map through zone entrance/exit , or through a the zone waypoint , or through a portal : when i comeback the minimap is reset to zero and sometimes the monsters are back ( hard to say because i cannot be 100% sure which part of the map were already explored ) ...

Btw i noticed the already reached waypoints can still be selected and teleported too ( even if the area is now blank ) .
