Give Belts +charms as a stat and Boots +%movement speed implicit
Yeah, I'm not saying every boots item has to have +20% MS, just that *most* should have a set amount, especially because implicits are pretty common on items (or at least weapons) in this game. As someone else pointed out: You want most loot drops to be exciting? Every pair of boots, EVERY non-Unique pair of boots... and in case I'm still not being clear enough... EVERY pair of non-Unique boots that drops that doesn't have Movement Speed on it is disappointing. It can have 6 incredible mods and there will still be that moment of "But it doesn't have any move speed... dammit is it worth it? Ugh." And that's anti-fun.

I would love to see movement speed as an implicit on boots.
Especially with the size of maps and how most require us to hunt down rares which can be missed and require lots of backtracking, I'm finding that +15% movement speed is pretty much the minimum to enjoy the game. Not to mention the sheer volume of ground effects being spawned on in and around the player at all times. What if boots had implicit speed going up to 15-20%, with the possibility to roll an affix for an addition 10-15%? |

I feel like boots having implicit movement speed is acceptable given I can't teleport and shield charge anymore, the affix is incredibly rare, and barely any boots are even dropping and so far trying to turn potentially good boots good adding MS has so far just been a black hole for regals, chaos orbs, and exalts.
The more More you have, the less Less matters
