'+X to Skills' scaling trivializes campaign enjoyment

( Updated with feedback - mainly spellcaster feel is off chasing +to skills items )
• Intro:
- Campaign challenge disappears in act III when you get 2 or 3 items with '+2 to ofType Skills'.
- I have arrived to mid game (maps) with 25 resists average - it feels bad but I can't change resists without downgrading +skills as each level is multiplicative damage and CC. with no real crafting options.
- Stacking +6 or +8 to skills destroys any challenge in campaign, the only challenge left is how to craft an even better mana flask and drink it faster.
- Traded items only between friends.
- This is mainly form spells perspective and biased for minions.

• Balance Issues Experienced:
-'+X to TypeOf Skills' mod is way too common on weapons and even random gear.
- It scales way too fast and too high in campaign.
- Way too common in shop to find '+X to ofType Skills' weapons.
- Crafting on non '+X to Skills' items feels like a waste of currency.

• Possible direction for balance:
- Poe1 style of minion gear so specific mods on could be possible.
- Allies runes?
- Scale down, It would make sense for late game to have maximum '+3' like in PoE1 for very specific skill tags so it wont feel as +to skills is only path.
- +2^ skills/curses items were rare and valuable in PoE1 - I would like the same feeling in PoE2, it feels too early and starts to overrule progression.

• Overall Feelings:
- Feels like other modifiers don't matter anymore.
- Chasing minion +to skills and spells +to skills feels required now with larger scales so early in the campaign.

• Trivialized Systems
- I love the new system where spell weapons give skills - but hey, just got higher '+X to spells' on this random wand with useless mods - so bey bey sweet siphoning wand I will miss your culling strike and power charge consuming Skills. It is difficult to craft up on specific base knowing I have to hit specific '+X to spells'

PS. Yes, Trade exists, but game should not be balanced around +8 to all skills.
PS. II. I love the game overall - but I enjoyed it so much more on first characters where I could not afford '+X to Skills' in shop or trade and was not forced to gear around it.
If we hack to monks when they're praying, maybe we would be able to download enlightenment.

the whole point of giving gear to alts is to trivialize the campaign. I dont even know what you are arguing.
