Overwhelming Presence and Support Gems

When combined spirit reservation of active persistent skills brings spirit to value less than the spirit reservation needed to add an additional persistent support gem, spirit value raises by 30. The support gem should not be able to be socketed due to insufficient spirit. This behavior works with any persistent support.

Active skills tested were wind dancer, herald of ash. and overwhelming presence. This behavior is not exhibited with skills other than overwhelming presence from what I tested.
