Demon Form (Ведьма, возвышение "Инферналист")

Здравствуйте!

Не знаю, куда обратиться с этой проблемой, поэтому надеюсь на вашу помощь. Сегодня, 19 декабря 2024 года, в 12:00 по МСК, я зашел в игру и обнаружил, что в Demon Form (ведьма, возвышение "Инферналист") не работают поддерживающие камни. Я проверил все рекомендуемые, но они не активируются. Духа хватает, и я проверял на примере камней с +30% регенерации маны и +1% регенерации здоровья — характеристики сверял в информации о герое.

Подскажите, что мне делать в этой ситуации? Куда можно написать для решения проблемы? Когда планируется её исправление?

I checked all the recommended ones, but they are not activating. I have enough mana, and I checked with gems that provide +30% mana regeneration and +1% health regeneration — I verified the statistics in the hero information.

Can you advise me on what to do in this situation? Where can I write to resolve the issue? When is it planned to be fixed?

Ошибки связанные с формой уже доставляют сильный дискомфорт.
Прохождение Djinn Barya испытание 4 зоны возвращения во времени (не знаю как они правильно называются) - [После активации твоего персонажа возвращают в зону и спустя пол сикунды происходит удар] - подобные зоны призывает босс Zarokh, the Temporal. Активация этой зоны в Demon Form, вызывает вылет игры со следующими ошибками:

Time is passing, and the number of problems is increasing (It's extremely disappointing that I spent so much time on this ability - I thought it would be fun).
