Atlas map nodes have no modifiers.

I have a friend that just got to maps.
Almost every single one of his nodes have massive buff modifiers on his nodes.
He has zero towers active that would modify the node modifiers.

I'm like only 100 maps into the Atlas and noticed every single one of my nodes I can see have nothing on them. Literally nothing on every...single...node on my entire atlas map.

Either his game is bugged and is showing crazy bonus modifiers on all his nodes or my game is bugged with zero modifiers on all my nodes.
(I'm also not referring to completed nodes as completed maps show no modifiers on them as confirmed from my friend doing a map and the modifiers disappearing)

One of the situations do not add up.
(Also not referring to the game mechanic icons above the nodes, I'm talking about blue text when you hover over a atlas map node.)
