Fiery Death Support not working on minions

This might just be a mechanical limitation of the support but from my understanding, it should work on any minion that hits and is socketable into them.
But the secondary effect which is supposed to provide with Explosions on death when a target is under the influence of an Ignite from the linked skill doesn't work.

Haven't done testing on other selfcast skills to see whether this support in general just is bugged or if it's strictly minions that it's bugged on.

I've tested it on the Infernalist Ascendency Dog minion, Raging Spirits and Arsonists all heavily linked with Ignite support gems. All in Isolation too to really see if the support does anything. And unfortunately it doesn't.
