Poisonous Concoction as unarmed - a request

I've played Poisonous Concoction in PoE for years now. The entire charm of the skill is that it is unarmed - you are literally throwing potions - and as a result you can't wield a weapon, only a shield.

The PoE implementation of the skill removes both those features. It currently works as a normal weapon skill. That has stripped it of all it's charm.

Is there a chance that the skill will be reworked in the future to be available, and viable, as unarmed i.e. mechanically the same as PoE?
