Spellcasting Drops Character Out of Demon Form

Since 0.1.0e released and after the hotfixes, my character is immediately pulled out of Demon Form when using Essence Drain or Dark Effigy. I have tested with and without a support gem socketed for Demon Form, Essence Drain, and Dark Effigy. Other spells seem to work properly, such as Contagion, curses, and bone spells. I also tried zoning and socketing the gems but no change.

Any update on this issue would be appreciated, as I cannot play this character in it's current state. Thanks!

Ember Fusillade now drops demon form, even though it was working a few hours ago.
