gas grenade wont detonate for me

Hi there I have been trying to fix this issue all day for many hours asking many people via discords and twitch streams and cant find a solution

My gas grenade will not detonate from explosive grenade, I even tried Firewall to get that to detonate the gas grenade nothing is working , I have checked 1000 times all my support gems and all my gear. I get asked that everytime I ask someone for help.

Common solutions people already told me that dont work are :
Check your support gems ( I tried with and without having support gems, none are conflicting with detonation)
Check your gear ( I tried with and without having gear on)
Make sure to use a detonator ( Explosive grenade is one)
Check your passives: (Im so low level I dont have many but none interfere with it)

I will list all my support gems I am using
Explosive Grenade: Scattershot , Magnified Effect
Gas Grenade: Corrosion, Bursting Plague
Galvanic Shards: Ammo Conservation
Rapid Shot: Pierce, Martial Tempo
Lightning Rod : Conduction

So far it seems like only my character has this issue, now I am brand new to PoE2 but I am not new to games ect. I can't figure out how t o resolve this issue, Idk if its my character itself or what but it's giving me a headache trying to resolve, I was advised to post this here and hope someone actually responds, I dont know how active this community is or if its like other games and this will just be ignored :(.

EDIT: It's very possible I'm miss understanding the skill though, I figured it would detonate when I used the skill but maybe it only detonates after like 3 seconds? The term "denotator" on the tool tip is confusing tbh I figured that would mean like it triggers the explosion but maybe I still need to wait the 3 seconds or so for the skill to go BOOM
