So people calling for an "auction house" is contradictory - they just know "auction houses" from other rpgs where you can directly buy things without the other one having to confirm. But that's not an auction, it's just selling. They actually look for a "store". Well the only thing that is bothering me personally is: people listing stuff for low prices, and then they don't respond because "I won't leave the map just for 1 Alch". Then why do you offer things for 1 Alch if you spend most of your time mapping and not responding to anyone. That way your stuff will never sell and just clutter your stash XD Ya idk personally i dont bother listing anything for less than 10ex anymore since thats the lowest amount at the point im at now thats worth leaving my map for. If things sit in my 10ex tab for too long i just trash it. People listing things for 1ex when they have no intention to ever leave a map and youll have to catch them at the perfect time are a bit pyscho really. Only way around it is when you are buying items this cheap is to spam whisper 5-10 ppl at a time, take the first inv and ignore any inv's that come after. Which is just as scummy as the seller mentality mentioned. Basically you have to throw out any normal social behavior youd expect in a game and just be a dickhead but it is what it is. New to POE but if I'm understanding this correctly I need to farm for crafting drops that I'm not going to use to craft. Then I horde these as a currency so when I get enough I can go to a site outside of the game engine that I can then search for an upgrade ,cause I'm not getting that farming drops, and hope the person answers and sells it to me and that's how I progress?
